Meeting Notice METRO has been listening to you and working to incorporate ideas from all over the community. METRO, on behalf of the Federal Transit dministration (FTA), announces the availability of the University Corridor Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS). The DEIS will be available for public review and comment during a 45-day period. The purpose for this period is to ensure the public has an opportunity to raise issues that have not yet been addressed. You are encouraged to submit comments regarding the DEIS to Ms. Rhonda Boyer, METRO, P.O. Box 61429, Houston, TX, 77208-1429. Comments may also be submitted onlie. The deadline for receipt of comments is 5:00 p.m. on September 17, 2007. You may also submit writen or verbal comments at any of the following opportunities:
