Quality Assurance Oversight Services

The Quality Assurance Oversight Consultant, in conjunction with METRO staff, will assist in monitoring & evaluating Facility Provider firms' quality assurance programs through Technical Administration that includes the collection of relevant data, management of the data via software tools, analysis of the data for significant trends, testing and production of reports for METRO.

METRO awarded the Strategic Quality Assurance Oversight Services for METRO Solutions Phase 2 to ATSER, LP
