OVERVIEW
There was an Open House from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. followed by the Public Hearing, which began at 2 p.m. The Public Hearing began with a slide show presentation. Simultaneous translation (English-Spanish) was made available with the aid of headsets.

PURPOSE
This was the formal venue for METRO to receive comments from the public regarding the Draft Envirnmental Impact Statement (DEIS). The DEIS is part of a process in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
