METRO posts transcripts of public meetings online as soon as they are received from the Certified Shorthand Reporter (stenographer). Transcripts of the meeting proceedings are reproduced exactly as received from the Certified Shorthand Reporter. Transcripts typically take 2 to 3 weeks to be developed and delivered to METRO.
Transcripts include the presentation by METRO staff or project team member(s) as well as comments made by individuals at the microphone during open question and answer sessions. Comments made directly to the stenographer at a time when the audience has broken up for one-on-one sessions will be reflected in the public input documentation for that particular project.
